Biological intelligence is your superpower. Use it.

THE WATER METHOD TO WELLNESS

HEY FROM THE SOURCE

Hi all, happy August and happy Euro summer! I’ll be on a personal splash & play retreat for the next couple of weeks. I’ll keep sending you the hydration series while I’m away, but I wanted to share something I’ve been thinking about lately. To send you off into summer with a little inspiration, and check the below for something to look forward to when I’m back in London come September. Don’t forget to splash & play! See you soon!

Splash of the Week

Let’s reclaim our human edge.

As of July 15, 2025, YouTube announced it will stop monetising content featuring AI-generated videos. Honestly? It was about time.

I cannot find what I am looking for anymore without major effort. Can you?

The platform has become almost unusable for high-value human content. Search for a topic, and you’re flooded with AI copycats. The more a real creator shares, the faster the flood of artificial imitations.

The mental energy required to separate real insight from algorithmic sludge is absurd.

A friend summed it up the other week:

“I think I'd rather go back to a library and grab a textbook when trying to find out about a topic that's new to me. It may not be the fastest or most up-to-date, but it’s vetted. It’s human. It gives me piece of mind, and a foundation I can trust, without distraction or the mental load of asking, Is this even real? every two seconds.”

We are overstimulated, physically and mentally dehydrated and drowning in content, while starving for wisdom and connection.

Biological Intelligence Is Your Superpower

In this moment, our Biological Intelligence (BI), our natural ability to think, feel, imagine, and create is the most exciting offer on the market.

The ability to mentally simulate your future, to visualise something that doesn’t yet exist, is uniquely exciting.

Algorithms can’t wake up inspired to create meaning.

You can.

Neuroscience backs this up:

Imagining a movement activates many of the same motor areas in the brain as physically doing it.

In one study, participants who only imagined moving their finger in a series of exercises increased their strength by 22%, without moving a muscle.

Mental imagery boosts strength, agility, accuracy, and even endurance.

(Thank you, Ally Crum for sharing. As found on her Linkedin post).

This is BI in action.

You can think thoughts that generate action.

You can hold beliefs that shape your and our future.

You can feel emotions that build meaning and culture.

Our bodies are living networks of intelligence. Cells repair and signal. Waiora, the spirit of life force, flows through every living system. Think about the water in your own cells. How you treat water is how you treat yourself. Eat your water, move often, be in sunlight. Structure your day around sleep.

And that inner water flows with energy.

Ignore it, and your energy and creativity stagnate.

Our biological intelligence needs flow, and caring for it is caring for your mind, body, and future potential. Use your BI as much as you use AI, and regain clarity.

We visualise the life we want to live. It's the repition of a thought and a feeling. The key is to be able to feel the feeling of what it would be like to have this or do this now.

We need to remember, that we create from a place of inner knowing rather than algorithmic mimicry.

The YouTube creator economy welcomes this AI shift, but the bigger invitation is personal: How are you using your uniquely human superpower to imagine and create the future you want?

Close the tab. Open your mind. Enjoy Summer!

The Essentials

YOUR HYDRATION EDIT

While taking a break from water industry and wellness real estate news over summer, I wanted to share something with you:

I’m hosting some hydration myth-busting talks and water tasting sessions in London soon. This isn’t just about drinking more water, it’s about understanding hydration intelligence and learning about the Water Method to Wellness. And a chance for us to meet in person 🙂

I believe, wellness should be a rhythm for living well. Not a product. To me, water wellness isn’t about doing more, it’s about remembering what your body already knows.

It’s about tuning in and letting cellular hydration be the first step in your self-care rituals. Not the extra one.

I’m not here to tell you to drink 3 liters a day and call it self-care. I’m here to share how water is connected to everything that matters to you: your energy, your clarity, your cellular health, your emotional flow, and your connection to yourself and the people around you.

We’ll cut through some misinformation, taste different types of water, and splash & play.

I teach people how how to eat their water, support flow (circulation, fascia, lymph), and live in tune with nature’s rhythms. Because when your water is working, so are you.

This isn’t another wellness checklist.

It’s a mindset.

An effortless, more connected way to live.

If you want to get clear on cellular hydration and how it impacts your energy, this is for you. More details coming soon. Let me know if you’re interested!

FANGIRLING.

I’ve been fangirling over Dr. Alia Crum’s research recently, which shows how our mindsets, how we interpret the world, can actually change our physical reality. For anyone interested in the power of mindset, Alia’s insights are a game-changer.

The Playbook Edit

WAIORA. OR WHY YOU NEED TO TAP INTO YOUR BIOLOGICAL FLOW.

Waiora is a word from Māori language and culture, the Indigenous people of Aotearoa (New Zealand).

The word carries a layered meaning:

  • “Wai” means water, the source of life.

  • “Ora” means well-being, vitality, or health.

Together, Waiora expresses the idea of water as life force, a reflection of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

In Māori worldview, health is not just physical, it is a balance between body, mind, spirit, community, and environment.

When we honour Waiora, we are acknowledging that the water within and around us carries life energy.

Caring for our inner “waters”, (hydration, movement, emotional flow) is just as vital as caring for the rivers, lakes, and oceans outside of us.

To neglect water is to neglect life. To honour water is to honour yourself.
